Yield monitor is a great place to start. Really helps make and understand agronomic decisions. After that take care of the basics weed control nitrogen p/k lime and tile as cash allows. if drainage issues are bad enough I would consider borrowing money for the tile. Precision stuff in ag is fine and have quite a bit of it but not sure it really gives a good roi.
