By chance do you have van axial fans running backwards. I have seen this before but it was set up to suck air out rather than positive airflow pushing in. Van axial running backwards, and a poor caulk job will do exactly what you are showing.
Nope, no fans installed in these. These are small hopper bottom bins for dry corn storage
How is this bin leaking?
