Cords of that nature are not approved or listed by the UL to be used in a residence.
Mines, gravel pits, construction sites, farms etc are just fine if the cord is approved for the application.
When you have people sleeping in a structure everything changes.
Insurance would have the ability to deny a claim if anything happens.
6’ cord is the limit for permanent use.
