Do you mean that we will not have any coal, n.g. or other elec. power plants as back up ?  I wonder if the cost of having these plants, if they are actually needed are in the cost of going all solar, wind, ect ?  Or do the green people just ignore the cost of having these plants on standby when figuring what life will be like with solar and wind energy ?
