We are having the same issue in the Kearney area. Perfect growing conditions till those couple weeks in August. Irrigated fields that always consistently produce 80+ are running 60-70. Very disappointing. 2.5 - 2.8 maturity. Not sure what to blame it on. This is the first year for Enlist beans for us coincidentally.
