East of Broken Bow | There are places you can stay, that do not provide free breakfast, but those that do, advertise the heck out of it, mention it when you book the room, and also when you check in. I would expect EV charging to be the same way. Only free if advertised as such.
I am acquainted with a guy who runs a bed and breakfast.
Charges $X if you stay at his 'Bed and Breakfast', and charges less if you stay at his 'Bed and go get your own Breakfast' (same rooms, just one comes with breakfast, one without, and he keeps track so if you book a room without breakfast, but go up and eat, you will be charged for it.)
