Hardest part is some of this ground I’ll more than likely end up with but certainly other parts I won’t and there is no telling how long I’ll be the operator on them. Probably and hopefully for a good while but never a given.
Flatfootin, here's something to bookmark if you'd like a framework that might allow you to put some of your own dollars into improving a piece of land you rent but have it pro-rated over some time to protect yourself.
