I certainly hope more opportunities present themselves. I’m hungry for lots more than I currently have but would certainly be easier with more cash reserves but I also don’t want to walk over dollars to pick up dimes if other items need addressed. I just need to win the lottery and I’d still farm but just do it as perfect as I can!
