SE SD | Have 2 Genesis tractors. Sure, they have their quirks. But all tractors do. When I started looking for a tractor around 2010, I started with a Case ih 7220. They were spendy and I was a young 22 year old and hadn't even started farming yet. The John deere equivalent was 20,000 higher than the 7220. So that was out. But even the 7220 was too much. Looked at 8670s and most were around 20,000 less than the 7220. With less hours and new tires! Still have the tractor. Put about 6000 hours on it and gets used very regularly. Bought an 8970 in 2014 and been very happy with that also.
