- soil test and lime new ground if needed (no recent testing)
- save for more capital to be able to rent or actually buy more ground in the future (this option would be the “drive straight, tile as much as you can yourself” option)
I edited it to this.
I’m taking your word that the tile drainage is pretty good as is. I’d try real hard to fix any big drainage needs much sooner than later, and you are saying you are adding tile, not ignoring it all together......
