NWMO | Lands worth whatever it sells for I guess!
Up where we farm in far NW Missouri it’s pretty good, 200+ bu/ac USDA county corn averages (60 bu/ac USDA bean average) and we’ve never seen a price that high. Have plenty of ground that grows 250-300 bu/ac corn, and no one pays $34k/ac. Typically $10k-$20k. Seen as high as $27k on the Nebraska side of the river.
But once again, the lands worth what someone wants to pay, regardless of what any of us think lol | |
