versailles mo | Whether it makes sense or not I don’t know however I do know land in that area has the reputation of being the best in USA and some say in the world. It only sells once every several generations so I guess if you have the money and that’s what you want to spend it on then it’s a good deal. I have a buddy that farms in that area. The production is unbelievable good with no risk of flooding. I know one thing I can only dream of farming ground anywhere close to what kind of ground that is.
