Southern Missouri | I’m barely escaping being in Arkansas and if I wasn’t busy with corn I’d desicate every acre of beans , my early planted early maturing varieties have already been harvested and got every field in at around 13 percent moisture with no butter beans , rotor hulled out nearly every pod , if you wait for most the butter beans to mature enough to hull out the majority of the beans on the stalk are 10 percent or less and I hate binning 9 or 10 percent beans , my later maturing beans that are near harvest now should of been desicated a week or two ago and harvested now at 13 percent but I can’t get to them so didn’t get to desicate and by the time I get done with corn in another week they’ll be 9 percent I can see it coming, I’ve never desicated to speed up harvest , it’s to improve yield and harvest at 13 percent | |
