 south central WI | We have an asphalt bunk and the rest are concrete, concrete in the commodity shed. I think the asphalt holds up better than the concrete with silage juices.
4" of asphalt will be enough for the shed floor, that's what highways use around here. I believe it is 2" compacted to 1.5", and 2 layers of that so 3" total.
The big downside here is it gets soft on a hot summer day so don't park on it in the sunlight. | |
