Lets not forget bonds have been in a bull market for the last 40 years and it appears that is over. When was the last time land prices crashed? I don't think it was coincidental it was the last time bonds seen a bear market. We don't have the leverage that was common back then so the results aren't likely the same but looking at history should give a good pause to everyone about land prices.
