Good grief, my grandpa homesteaded in early 1900s (very common) and my sons are 4th generation.at age 30 and 40.
Know a guy 50 miles from here who is 6th generation.
I can think of way more times when land was a good investment than when it wasnt.
It's increased 50 fold here in 50 yesrs
Must be similar other areas
And we"re in dryland wheat country. Not 250+ corn area. | |
