West Central Wisconsin | I've been asked many times "how can you compete with the big coops".... well... I've started this with the idea to produce high quality feeds, treat every customer like a human, and im mot going to go into debt to do this. Everything I'm buying is used. Our main production area is only 16x24. I'm not paying several layers of management. And the thing that always gets me is... I'm not buying a company vehicle for everyone over a laborer. This picture is from my local big mill on Friday. All company vehicles and not a single parking spot left for customers.
