I still wonder what the motivation to pay this much is? Is it just spending because you have it? Unless the buyer is counting on a early 2000's housing style market where people just keep paying more, I don't see it as a great investment. You can get 5% at a bank. Based on my short 30 yrs of farming, I can see that trees do not grow to the sky and never will. Of course, I don't get out much so maybe they do now? | |
