| Using a tool to install lug nuts on a moving conveyor for 8 hours a day is a vastly different skill set than wiring HVAC controls for million dollar buildings. I'd expect the pay scale to be adjusted accordingly.
I knew a girl years ago that had a job at an electronics factory, I asked her what her job was. she said "I squirt the black goo into the back of the circuit board box" I think most factory jobs today are of similar task. | |
