nc ks | The best solution is that the company pays enough and that the employee saves enough that they don't need a pension. Pensions hurt companies and are often part of their demise. They should pay tje emplouee well while they are adding value to the company, and the employee should look out for themselves.
Then you get into government pensions, what a mess and drain to the taxpayer. Again, pay more while they work and let them be reponsible for retirement.
