Nw Iowa | My gosh wood duck, can you read a post without spewing bs? Conspiracy theories? Where did that come from? The OP is saying that benefits get taken for granted and he is right. How is that a conspiracy theory? How did corn yields enter in? He is saying take full value of benefit package and pay it out in wages, no less cost to employer than you are getting now, and let employees manage his money from there. Most employees have no idea what total cost is to employer to provide a package of benefits. He is also saying taht administration of these benefits is quite inefficient as goverment has rules that add to cost of program but reduce the actual benefit to employees.
