North Central Texas | In today's world, CEOs make a salary that is small compared to total compensation. There bulk is compensation through stock options. They do good, their options are worth big bucks. They do bad, their options are worth nothing. Perform you get rewarded big and don't, you lose your butt. It's called capitalism. Capitalism at its finest. These good CEOs give up everything. Family is second, third or fourth. I've been around several and what they give up in life, they deserve the dollars they get and they get the job done. I've hired enough fools the last few years to know how bad some of their employees are. Folks that expect something for nothing. | |
