I agree with you.
But I'd go so far to say that the transition that has happened, which you speak of, was by design. I do not think it was a mistake. Because Govt forces are now doubling and tripling down on it.
And of course it's detrimental to our society. Again, by design.
Or maybe the benefits package is simply just a part of compensation to entice a worker to work for Company A and not Company B. Most European and even Asian countries have way better benefit packages. But I guess to a conspiracy freak they are probably in on "it" too. Went way deep in the weeds today to find a conspiracy, didn't we. |
