Would rather be hourly. And STOP TAXING the **** out of people that actually have overtime. Simple solution, any overtime hours are tax free. Incentivize hard work, not take 1/2 of it off the bat. With every Libby’s hand up old bidens arse that $$$ is worth less 6 months down the road at tax season anyways.

I heard that same b.s when I worked at the refinery. Doesn't hold water. At the end of the year if you made $100,000, it didn't matter if half that money was from overtime or all straight time. Your tax bill is the same. Usually the same people who said they had more deducted so the would get a bigger tax refund.


Where did pensions go? Now I have to put 6% in just to get my company to give me something back on a 401k.
Well, isn't that a shame, you have to have some skin in the game to get free money.
