If it cleared $400 profit per acre it would only take 87 years to get your initial investment back.. So your saying it is possible? Call me stupid, but 20 years ago I bought me a nice fishing boat for $15,000, I also bought me 100 acres of land for $90,000. The roi with the boat has been negative every year. The land?.....well you know. I will be buying me another new boat before I buy me another acre of land. Just saying. |
