PTO is todays world is BS anyways. If you have any kind of a leadership position they will call you, email you, expect your first day back for you to be completely caught up.
Most leadership positions are put on salary, then ask for you to put more time in than what you interviewed for.
Would rather be hourly. And STOP TAXING the **** out of people that actually have overtime. Simple solution, any overtime hours are tax free. Incentivize hard work, not take 1/2 of it off the bat. With every Libby’s hand up old bidens arse that $$$ is worth less 6 months down the road at tax season anyways.
Where did pensions go? Now I have to put 6% in just to get my company to give me something back on a 401k.
Want the younger generation to start caring about a company? Make them feel important, increase their pay as you put more on their plate, let them get AWAY from work and LEAVE them alone when they are. Older generations didn’t have phones where you could be reached by text 24/7 for some dumb reason.
