| So you want to end paid holidays? What about paid vacation? The cost is the same to the employer. Either they pay enough wage to "buy" 80 hours of time off for their employees or the just cut them a check for those 80 hours when they are gone.
The only benefit I'd like to see ended is employer paid health insurance. 3rd party paying funded by a 4th party has completely removed the patient from the cost of the services.
