South Central, MN | I find this hard to believe, the combine part. If Deere was selling that many pre-orders to farmers. I doubt they are letting dealers "stock" that many combines. Now dont get me wrong any of the big companies will sell stock units. But when COVID hit and after most manufactures have been ONLY selling SOLD units..
That said also, dealer lots of all types seem to be piling up, but that appears to be used machines.
I know for a fact for at least one year (not now) Ford was only selling SOLD units and not letting the dealers have stock. Especially on the higher end pickups. Part because of the chip shortage.
