There have to be some interesting details to this story. 4 million bucks for 115 acres of farmland? If you netted $500 per acre per year, it would take a lifetime to pay that farm off.
These deals don’t have to make sense if the buyer can afford it. But I would like to know a little bit more about bidder number one and two?
