Central Minnesota | I have a Versa tote and it’s fine on the roads but it’s only 14 miles to the feed store. It doesn’t feed out the greatest. You need to beat on the sides or occasionally hop in it because the feed bridges up. It would be fine with whole corn but distillers bridges definitely bridges. It is very easy to crawl into though.
You might be far enough south where it’s not a problem but ice builds up on the slide making it kinda hard to close in winter. I have my boys do chores and they took to beating it with the hammer to get it to close instead of scraping the ice out and have warped the door so it doesn’t close. “If at first you don’t succeed get a bigger hammer.” | |
