Minnesota | For a 1000 acres I would own my own planter and sprayer, you planter does not need to be decked out to do a quality job of planting. Look at a jd 12 row 1760 vac planter with e sets will plant consistent all day long and is very simple to work on. I agree on the sprayer a good pull type sprayer with raven monitor will pay for itself in no time. Combining I would probably hire it out for a few years then try to buy one. | |
