versailles mo | I don’t know the story but I do know that is some of the best soil in the US.Dad always said it had reputation of being some of the best in the world. Don’t know if that’s exactly right but it’s unbelievably productive. Their is lots of money around there and it only sells once in two lifetimes. Does it make sense probably not but if you got money and want it bad enough then I guess it makes sense. As for development the only thing that develops there is corn and beans and lots of them.
