I'm sorry I don't have a helpful answer, but don't buy the one in the picture you posted. It really needs some diagonal braces. I can see that thing folding up when moving it loaded.
I haven't seen a feed buggy with diagonal braces. The local place that sells this buggy gets in a tractor trailer load of them at a time, I haven't heard of a collaspe yet. The GWS buggy isn't the heaviest built, but it does seem to have more slope in the sides of the bin for feed to slide down.
