Step 1 - Get some good Brahma cattle (prefer red) out of Texas.
Step 2 - Put them in the pasture and don't mess with them for about 5-6 months
Step 3 - Get them up to work them- warning this will be a little tricky and require way more help than you anticipate
Step 4 - Get them up to work them in a couple of weeks after the first go around - (don't feel bad you didn't get them all the first time ........or second or third)
Step 5 - Sell them - warning this may require waaaaay more help
Step 6 - Enjoy the calm of buying, handling, calving,........... any other breed of cow that you will ever have
