Add some Roundup and spray away if it's still green you will kill before the seed is viable That's a late maturing weed at least in my region and you can still stop it unlike some other ones. I was pulling 5 ft waterhenp plants this week it sucked but they aren't bad to pull up if you use both hands since it hasn't rained in over a month
