tmrand - 9/21/2023 07:00 And I still can't come to grips with the financial side of it. What I read, it looks like a very expensive fuel to be produced. Easily double the cost of current diesel. Maybe I'm missing something??

The people pushing all of the nonsense do not care about the financial side of anything.      If it doesn't work financially but they deem it to be needed to save us from ourselves, it just needs a bigger subsidy.

Govt has plenty of money to subsidize everything, if govt starts to run low on funds, they just make more.     Very simple and it works great (for everyone at the top of the dung heap).

The governments of Europe have far more to do with this than ours . So if a France and Germany want to make an airline use it to fly there from here and I benefit I'm for it. If it makes the world a little less polluted I won't complain about that either.
