SC Kansas | Same here. Cutting beans today that I’m hoping will make 10 if they stay in the header and don’t get blown out the back. Dry land corn made 40 this year, 55 last.
Last year we drilled wheat 2+” deep to just hit moisture. Got a good stand but got no moisture over winter or spring. Wheat yields were between 15 and 40 and are usually 55-80. Been a rough couple years. Going to take too much rain for a while to get us back to where we need to be unfortunately. | |
