How far you trying to toss it? Here I get a very nice double spinner pull type each fall with either 40' or 50' spread and do not see defic issues so it's doing a good job. Plus yearly use helps always have some breaking down. We have seen some issues with coop throwing 80-90' with other nutrients so suspect that would be an issue with elemental S.
