I like elemental in fall ahead of beans blended with potash. Still like AMS ahead of corn but wait until spring to get full benefit of the nitrogen. Elemental breaks down slowly throughout the year but for some reason a lot of people shy away from it. If there was a nitrogen source that acted like elemental it would be thought of as a miracle product. But why is a sulfur product that acts like that not good?
