I've never had an issue with damaging wrap or string with mine. I think it's 37', not sure I'd want a longer one though as you can make a truck slide putting the last one on in the mornings and field entrances are not fun. That much weight will also leave a rut in a soft field, so you might look into wider tires if you go that direction. I've started loading bales using my long pallet forks spread out wider than the rails. Seems easier on everything.

Heavy sticky baleage with string is the worst. I always try to put the first one or two on from the side or just haul one less bale when handling it.
