Marcellus, Mi | I have both as well. I was fitted with a biPap which actually gives you a breath then let's the pressure off. It was very hard getting used to but now can't and won't sleep without it.
After my sleep test the doctor ask me how I felt that I slept. I answered pretty good considering all the electrodes hooked to me. He went on to inform me that I had quit breathing 240 times in 400 minutes. That explained both the high blood pressure and severe headaches when I woke up. Lol | |
