I hated mine when I first got it. Quit using it after a few nights, just couldn't get used to it. Then it came time to renew my FEDMED card for my CDL, then I had to use it in order to get a clean bill of health. That forced me to make it work right and I haven't missed a night since. Mine is fairly quiet and I have the nasal pillow for head gear.
