Sleep doc argued with me about the fit and seal. I hate wearing it and it irritated the wife. It might help some folks but was torture for me.
I tried every mask available. Every one of them leaked air somewhere. Most blew air past my eyes and felt like the pressure was turned up enough to part my hair. I never could tolerate it. I felt like I slept even worse wearing it. It's been sitting in is case under the bed for probably three years now.
This winter I intend to go be fitted for an oral appliance that is supposed to reposition the lower jaw to eliminate the snoring
