Don’t mess around with it. If you have a new machine with properly fitted head gear it is an absolute life changer.
I fought the idea of using one for a few years. Finally I was convinced to try one for one night. I put it on, the next thing I knew I was waking up fully refreshed in the morning, I had slept through the night for the first time in years. I purchase all my supplies online. I don’t go through the sleep specialist, the cost direct online is less than the insurance deductible.

The seriousness of sleep apnea was demonstrated in our community a couple years ago when a local farmer in his 40’s. Very active in the community, involved with high school sports, etc. Went to sleep on his couch without his CPAP machine and never woke up. Cause of his passing was due to oxygen deprivation caused by severe sleep apnea.
