Understood. I’ve got processing dates a few a month from October to December of 2024.
My dilemma is: I have two options for calves, some that will be averaging 500 lbs Mid October or Calves Closer to 400 lbs mid October.
Being less experienced, with cross calves especially, I am unsure which would be my better option for selling freezer beef, with this time frame in mind.
