IL | It's from applying the rock with a spinner instead of tailgating it in. As the rock hits it builds little piles in a pattern that you can't really notice or feel at first. As cars pass over it the high spots get pressed in and the low spots get thrown to the side or washed there by rain. They do the same by my place, drive through with the spinner and never level it with a grader. I've learned to just take my tractor and blade down it the first rain after they spread to level it all up. | |
