Scranton | We were dryer than normal enough that our crops died 3 weeks prematurely. Is that dry? 15 miles north and east they got 6 inches more rain than we did in July.
I don't know why it bothers some of you so much when others complain about dryness. The drought and hot weather(vs getting a few more inches of rain in august) cost me north of six figures. THAT is what my actual complaint is about. If you don't complain when you miss out on all your farm payments combined in a year, then you are a better man than me. | |
