east central MN | I've looked at the Dion many times, it's an impressive machine but it's hard to spend $130k on another pull type and still have to hire someone to open fields. I could leave a strip unplanted on the outside and then just chop it all in circles with the rotary head but those aren't perfect on corners either and we have many smaller and odd shaped fields so you don't always have enough room to make a outside turn. I like the machine but don't want to spend that kind of money without looking at more options. | |
