Mine eat ragweed, especially when it’s smaller. There isn’t much they don’t eat, buffalo bur I guess. Sometimes they decide to eat the nightshade, or the burning weed. Thorn bushes at the right time of year. There used to be a big leafed melon plant they wouldn’t eat, then finally last year they decided it was edible, don’t see any now, p+d would do nothing to it.
