Looks about like the one tile intake in a field of mine that now has an extra piece of concrete tile over it, bet the original top of it is now 6" under the surrounding soil. Pretty sure that all came from a couple nearby hills over the years. High ground gets lower, low ground gets higher. Enough time and it should be nearly table top flat.
